INFRARED SAUNA 

USEFUL INFORMATION

The sauna has a temperature of 40-55 degrees Celsius. The humidity is 5% to 10% and is influenced by the salt nebuliser.

The difference to a traditional sauna is that the body is not heated by the hot room air, but by the infrared radiation. This means that it is not mainly about sweating but about the beneficial effect of the infrared radiation.

 

It is up to you whether you visit the infrared sauna wearing a swimming costume or naked.  The less you wear, the better the infrared radiation reaches your body. Please use a towel in both cases. 

HOW DO I USE THE INFRARED SAUNA?

1. Shower before 

2. Recommended visit time approx. 30 min

3. Use a towel when sitting or lying down so that you do not come into contact with the wood. 

5. Then shower off with warm water.

6. Take a break for at least 30 minutes

7. Do not forget to drink plenty of fluids

8. One session per day is enough, 2-3 sessions per week are recommended to achieve an optimal effect.

HEALING EFFECT

  • Mobility: By massaging the muscle tissue through a high supply of infrared energy and increasing the blood's cleansing capacity through increased blood flow, mobility is improved.

  • Sports injuries: Here we are mostly talking about bruises, strains and sore muscles. The injured or strained tissue is cleansed, relaxed and massaged by the increased blood flow. And it is so gentle that you don't feel a thing.

  • Sore muscles: Heat can prevent sore muscles and relieve the discomfort of sore muscles. The heat stimulates the metabolism, causing the blood vessels to dilate. This has a relaxing effect and at the same time reduces the pressure on the tendons.

  • Against inflammation of the joints (e.g. arthrosis and rheumatism): The circulation-enhancing effect of heat is noticeable, among other things, through an improvement in joint inflammation. The application of heat also leads to pain relief in rheumatism and arthrosis. Note: The use of an infrared sauna should be avoided in the case of acute inflammation

  • Stress reduction: Infrared radiation is conducive to healthy sleep and contributes to inner peace. The reason for these effects is the relaxing effect of the radiation, which can be felt from the very first use.

  • Detoxification: Thanks to its high power, the infrared sauna can remove many toxins and fibres from your body, relieving your liver, kidneys and skin.

INFRARED RADIATOR

These double-wave radiators are free of electrosmog and produce infrared B and C (these cannot be seen and are not red).  The infrared C works directly under the skin.
