STEAM BATH

The steam bath has 40 to 50 degrees Celsius and 80 to 100% humidity.

1. Shower before application

2. Recommended duration of use approx. 15 - 20 min

3. Before leaving the steam room, clean your seat with water

4. When entering and leaving the steam bath, lock the door behind you

5. After each visit, shower off with warm or cold water

6. Take a break of at least 30 minutes

7. Don't forget to drink enough

8. Repeat the process, 3 visits are recommended

Strengthening of the immune system:The body temperature increases, which creates a kind of artificial "fever" and kills any pathogens that may be present in the body.
