You can win 2 nights with breakfast in a double room with Matterhorn view, in the Hotel Capricorn in Zermatt.

 

Here are the rules of the game to participate:

 

Start is on August 15th, 2020 until September 30th, 2020. ​The winner will be contacted by email on September 30, 2020.

Conditions of participation competition

 

This competition is organized by Hotel Capricorn, Riedstrasse 45, 3920 Zermatt

 

  • The game starts on August 14, 2020 and runs until September 30, 2020 (11:59 p.m.).

  • Participation takes place via a message on Facebook or Instagram or directly by email.

  • At the end of the competition the winners will be determined at random. In the case of guessing questions, the person who is closest to the correct answer wins.

  • The winner will be informed personally on Facebook, Instagram or by email after the closing date and will appear in our next newsletter.

  • Participation is free and does not depend on a purchase.

  • Only one entry is allowed per person.

  • The participants must be 18 years or older

  • The prize is only possible if the hotel is available, no right of priority

  • Additional costs are paid by the winners.

  • If the winner books a cheaper stay, the difference will not be paid out.

  • The participants agree that their details will be used for marketing purposes and that information about competitions may be sent to the e-mail address.

  • Each participant can revoke their consent to the use of their personal data at any time (by email to info@capricorn-zermatt.ch)

  • The prize is not transferable.

  • The judges' decision are final.

  • No cash payment

  • The organizer reserves the right to adapt, change or cancel the competition if the need arises.

 

Conditions of participation social media

 

  • The competition is not connected to Facebook or Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Facebook or Instagram. The organizer alone is the contact person and person responsible.

  • The participant does not use any licensed or otherwise protected material and respects the privacy of third parties.

  • Comments that violate the Facebook and Instagram guidelines, Swiss law such as copyright law, will be removed without notice after they have become known. The participant is than excluded from winning.

  • The names of the winners can be published. On Facebook with full name, on Instagram with username on the newsletter.

  • The organizer does not collect or save any Facebook or Instagram names of the participants. Address data are only recorded by the winners and only used to send the prize. No data will be passed on to third parties.

  • However, the participants agree that their submitted photos or videos may be published and used on Facebook, Instagram and outside.
