If you have heavy luggage, we recommend taking a taxi. Taxis will be waiting for you in front of the train station. The price is approximately CHF 26.00 per trip.

Please note that we do not offer a shuttle service from the train station.

Once you arrive at the train station, you can take a leisurely walk to the hotel.

If you are traveling with a heavy suitcase or want to avoid steep climbs, we recommend the following route:

1. When you get off the train, turn right into the main street "Bahnhofstrasse". Walk up this street for about 5 minutes until you reach the church.

2. At the Marmot Fountain (the Zermatt Museum is just behind it), turn left and follow the road to the hotel. On this stretch, you will cross a bridge from where you can admire the Matterhorn for the first time.
