As long as the restaurants are closed, you have the option to eat in the restaurant Julen or restaurant Schäferstube  . You can only get a table if you reserve in advance. Reservations can only be made through the Hotel Capricorn. We are happy to take your reservation until 12 noon. To safe you a table we recommande to reserve the tabel as soon as possible. Service hours are 18:30 or 20:30

Hotel Capricorn - every Saturday

 

Every Saturday our kitchen serves a delicious raclette menu with a soup, raclette à discretion and at the end a delicious dessert for CHF 30.00 per person. We are happy to take your reservation until12 noon. reserve now ->

 

We will not be offering a raclette evening on April 17, 2021.

New cancellation policy

1st December 2020

We have adjusted our cancellation policy. Reservations starting from December 1st, 2020 will receive the new conditions.

 

For canceled bookings via external channels such as booking.com, Expedia, hotel.de ... the following provisions apply:

 

Standard rate

  • 8 days before arrival: free cancellation

  • 7 days until the day of arrival: 100% cancellation costs

  • Early departure: 100% cancellation costs (also in case of symptoms of illness)

 

Non refundable rate

  • In case of a cancellation, we will charge 100% of the room price.

 

 

 

The following provisions apply to canceled bookings made directly via the hotel trought our website, telephone or e-mail

    If you cancel after this week, you will receive a voucher for 80% of the amount. Only possible with a direct booking.

BASIC RULES FOR OUR GUESTS

These basic rules apply to our guests.

 

  • The guests clean their hands regularly.

  • Guests must wear a face mask in the hotel.

  • Different groups of guests are not allowed to mix.

  • Food and drinks may only be consumed while sitting.

  • Not more than 4 people may sit together at the table.

  • Gloves must be worn when serving at the breakfast buffet.

  • Guests must keep a distance of 1.5 meters from one another.

  • Sick guests are sent home and instructed to follow the isolation according to the BAG.

  • The guests are informed about the current requirements and measures.

  • Guests' contact details are collected in accordance with the hospitality protection concept.
